In 2021, Hellman & Friedman, one of the oldest and most experienced private equity firms operating today acquired At Home to join their portfolio. Verizon is an American multinational telecommunications conglomerate offering the largest 4G LTE network in America and the nation’s largest highspeed 3G network. As of the first quarter of 2024, Verizon increased their total wireless service revenue by 3.3% year-over-year to $19.5 billion.
